Thank you for shopping with JR Family Farms. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we invite you to review our return and refund policies below. If you have any further inquiries, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards (3% service fee is applied to credit card use). Along with direct payments on Venmo or Zelle. 

Most deliveries will be pre-paid unless alternative agreements have been arranged prior to receiving your product.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY POLICY?

We deliver on Friday’s for most orders unless a special arrangement has been discussed. 

Free delivery for all orders made in the West/Southwest/South DFW Metroplex , a minimum delivery fee of $20 will be applied for orders outside those delivery areas. To qualify for the free delivery within our delivering area a minimum order of $25 is required.

To add your area to our free delivery service, we require total orders in that area to be a minimum $200.00 to qualify for delivery in that area. Orders for pick up require a $100 minimum.

Delivery zones include West/Southwest/South DFW Metroplex.

We are a small scale farm with a small team and delivery is a costly endeavor.  We hope you bear with us as we deliver our fresh microgreens. 

The farm is open for pick up with a scheduled appointment and the order must meet the minimum amount. 

DO WE DELIVER OUTSIDE OF DFW METROPLEX?

We currently are not offering deliveries outside of the South/Southwest/West DFW Metroplex, however we are working with a few of our local provisioners for chefs and special orders. We are capable of making arrangements for an out of State delivery using our trusted third party provision companies. They ship nationwide and internationally on a regular basis for restaurants.

DO YOU OFFER SUBSCRIPTIONS?

We do offer weekly and monthly subscriptions for microgreens. This is the preferable method of purchase so that you get the freshest produce on a timely schedule.  Please reach out to us directly to discuss the details of your subscription order.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

There are no changes to your order as it is grown to your specific order.  If you are on a subscription then you must request changes to your order prior to the next billable subscription.  This must be done 14 days prior to the delivery date. Please notify the farm right away to change before we plant for your  harvest, if we plant you will be required to pay for the order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order 14 days prior to the harvest date.  Once your order has been planted then your order cannot be canceled.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Micro greens are a perishable good, so unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds for any products once they leave our delivery person’s hands. 

However, if there is an issue with your product feel free to email us or call us. We will review the order and we are happy to exchange your product for something equal or of lesser value. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not offer returns on products but if there is an issue with your product please feel free to email us or call us. We will do our very best to satisfy you as a customer.  Please refer to our microgreens care section in order to get the longest shelf life out of your microgreens.
