Fresh products, such as wheatgrass juice, beetroot juice and microgreens, are inherently perishable items. While we strive to make sure every item leaving our facility meets strict quality standards, it is always possible we have made an error. If you are not happy with something, we promise to do our best to be fair and make things right.
We DO NOT accept returns for our products due to their perishable nature and food safety concerns. If you believe your product has spoiled within 2 days of receiving it (via home delivery or a shipment) it may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion. Please hold the product in your refrigerator and make note of the “use by” date found on your item, then contact us.
If you ordered a package of wheatgrass juice, beetroot juice or microgreens and the order was delayed in transit due to an address error (provided by customer), shipper delay, or is not stored properly (ex. refrigerated), your order is likely not eligible for credit.
